Audi R8 RS – Magnificent and Special All in One

As if the original used Audi RS8 was not enough, Audi has now released plans for a new and upgraded version of the car that shook the motor industry when it was first introduced. The new and upgraded version of the car will be even more robust and will be powered by a reported 5.2 litre V10 engine that has been taken from the R8 GT unit. And so because of this the new RS R8 will offer a whopping 600 hp, which will mean even more power from a compact vehicle that will now weigh even less than the original; talk about making improvements! Some of this weight reduction may well be attributed to the car being only rear wheel drive (and not Quattro) as well as the new front lip, which has been made of the carbon fibre material. New side skirts and a new rear diffuser are other areas that have seen improvements made, which also adds to the overall look and feel of the car. However, the car still maintains some of the elements that made it so special in the first place such as the Recaro bucket seats, which heavily contribute to the quality of the interior. Being a personal favourite, the Audi R8 was a vehicle that gained a lot of attention for its eccentric looks and exceptional driving performance. And therefore, it is expected that the R8 RS will have a similar impact on both the industry and consumers in general.
